Terms and Conditions

1. The Agent is authorized to market and sell Phones on Credit products and services on behalf of the Dealership.
2. The Agent shall conduct business honestly, professionally, and in accordance with the Dealership's policies and procedures.
3. Any phones, accessories, promotional materials, or inventory issued to the Agent remain the property of the Dealership until fully paid for, sold, and accounted for.
4. The Agent accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping of all stock entrusted to them. Any stock that is lost, stolen, damaged through negligence, or cannot be accounted for shall be reimbursed to the Dealership at its full value.
5. All customer payments collected on behalf of the Dealership must be remitted promptly and accurately. Failure to remit funds or unauthorized use of customer payments shall constitute gross misconduct.
6. The Agent shall not engage in fraud, theft, misrepresentation, falsification of customer information, unauthorized pricing, or any activity that may damage the reputation of the Dealership.
7. Any breach of this Agreement, misconduct, failure to account for stock or funds, or violation of Dealership policies may result in immediate termination of the Agent's engagement.
8. The Dealership reserves the right to recover any losses incurred due to the Agent's actions and to pursue legal action where necessary. Cases involving suspected theft, fraud, or criminal conduct may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
